Sweatshirt Saturday Tag...

Hey there everyone!
I thought I'd share a little inspiration you!.  Whenever we're prepping for new releases or a show on HSN, I try to take a little time to play around with the products.  I always love to mix and match between product lines to see how well they work together.  Our goal is always to create the best possible products for you that can stand on their own AND be mixed and matched.
I chose to work with 'Sweatshirt Saturday' from our Saturated Canary line.  She is gently watercolored and offset with deep shadows.
The image was die cut using the 'Fancy Squares & Little Things' die set.  It is then mounted on another die cut square from the same set.  I cut the top of the tag shape with the special half-die from the same die set.  TIP OF THE DAY:  The half-die is also a great die for easy easel cards!
The gorgeous butterfly banner in the corner is from the 'Dotted Wings' die set.  The set comes with extra little butterfly dies that are sized perfectly for use as 3D embellishments on your projects.....just bend the wings in a bit and add a little dot of glue!  They're small enough for you to be able to add several to your projects for amazing detail.  I added a few to my project and they are just lovely!!!
Both the 'Fancy Squares & Little Things' and 'Dotted Wings' die sets are currently available in kits with SPECIAL PRICING at HSN.  Both kits include gorgeous coordinating embossing folders.  Quantities are limited so get yours while supplies last!!!
I further accessorized the tag with our delicate 'Gilded Doily' die in the upper right corner, backed by a couple of flags from the 'Basic Stitched Flags' die set.
Lastly, I created a stunning, detailed edge to the tag using a piece cut from the 'Majestic Frames' die set.  This die set sold out very quickly on HSN back in March, but we're bringing it back again this summer!  Stay tuned to LDRS Creative for new release details!!!!!!
I really hope you've enjoyed my project.  I had a lot of fun making it.  I hope you can see how easily our products can all be used together to create the most beautiful of projects.
Wishing you all a wonderful day!
Angie

Brilliant, Wonderful & Beautiful

Hello Everyone!

Wow!  It has been a very long time since I've been here!  I've been working hard at LDRS Creative to bring you amazing new products.  But, once in a great while, it's good to take a break and just rejuvenate in my studio.

I'm going to be teaching a few watercolor classes in Norway in October and I wanted to make an extra card sample.  I wanted something 'Springy' and with an English garden feel to it.  This is how it ended up!

I realize that I may be biased, but I really do love working with the LDRS Creative products.  There are several different product lines that all function beautifully on their own, but can also be used together to create stunning textures and layers on your craft projects.

LDRS Creative Products List:

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look.  I truly hope that you enjoyed my project and found even just a little inspiration in it.

Wishing you the very best,

Angie

Spread A Smile Of Joy...

Spread A Smile Of Joy
Today I'm hoping to inspire you with a CAS Christmas card that I made for our annual family Christmas Eve Dinner.  I used to make invitations and send them out to the whole family, but I haven't had the time in the past few years.  But this year I decided to make the time for it and I am so happy that I did.

I used the adorable CandiBean stamp 'Spread a Smile of Joy' along with the 'Christmas and Winter Sentiment' set.  Both are ON SALE now at amazing prices so get yours before they sell out!!!
I chose to make a CAS card for two reasons...First, it has to go into an envelope and I wanted to it easily fit...and Second, they are not easy for me to make so I wanted a little bit of a personal challenge.  I am really happy with the result and I hope you like it to :-)
Here is a pic of all 10 invitations.  Yes, each one is hand colored!

Thank you for joining us today!  Wishing you a spectacular holiday season!!!
